My name is Rose Bartu, owner of FREEDOM THROUGH SONGWRITING. I teach aspiring Songwriters to unlock their stories and transform their feelings by writing original songs. π΅ I am an Associate Professor at the Roc Nation School of Music, Sports & Entertainment at Long Island University in Brooklyn, NYC, and an independent recording artist. I have no music experience and don’t play an instrument, can I join the membership?
Yes, absolutely! All you need is a desire to learn, a willingness to open yourself up to new information, and to implement the coaching. You get out of it what you put in! I will teach you everything you need to write a song.
I am busy and may not be able to join all the live sessions, what should I do?
Even if you miss anything, you can always catch up with us by watching the video recording of the live session or listening to the session in your favorite podcast player on your phone at your own convenience.
I am a technophobe and this “online thing” is a bit scary. What do I need to know?
Although the live sessions are delivered online over Zoom, it is not more complicated than opening an email. I’ll also make sure every step is properly explained. All you need is Facebook, access to emails, and access to the internet. No tech skills are required!
